This report describes juvenile defense programs across the United States that are putting into practice aspects of the Ten Core Principles for Providing Quality Delinquency Representation Through Indigent Defense Delivery Systems, developed by the National Juvenile Defender Center and the American Council of Chief Defenders. The report was written by the National Juvenile Defender Center in cooperation with the Juvenile Justice Project of Louisiana and the Southern Juvenile Defender Center.
