NOW Attorney's Name, the Attorney for the Child prays that this Honorable
Court will issue an order referring the Child to the Mental Health Liaison
to obtain a psychiatric evaluation.
As grounds therefor the Attorney for the Child states as follows:
1. That the Child has a history of neglect, and has been found Dependent.
2. That the Child's case history as provided by his Probation Officer indicates that both the Child and the alleged victim in this case have "mental problems."
3. That it is in the best interest of the Child, and necessary for the preparation of his defense that he undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine his mental state.
