This brochure was designed to convince youth in Florida not to waive counsel. It was produced by the Southern Juvenile Defender Center at the Southern Poverty Law Center with the Barry University Juvenile Justice Center.The wording on the pamphlet can be easily modified to be applicable to another jurisdiction.
