Juvenile defenders in Florida have an excellent resource available to them, the Juvenile Justice Center at Barry University Law School in Orlando. The Center was founded to improve the representation of children in delinquency court in Florida. The Center assists lawyers across Florida by providing CLEs, a listserve, case law and legislative updates, a motion and fact sheet bank, practice guides, and consultation services.
